We love our club fields and especially BR , a hidden gem nestled in the Craigieburn Range.

there are various transport modes to get there but we think we offer the best value for money if coming in from overseas to experience a unique piece of NZ.
Prices are structured on making a small profit, keeping local drivers employed and skiing.

Bookings can be made online up to 9.00pm  or after 7.00 am

Please read before you book:

• The Tyndall Tramway has operating hours of 8.30 am to 11.30 and 3.30 pm to 5.30, for you and your baggage

• we like to avoid running against the trafic for safety reasons so transfers need to comply with our H&S policy

• your pick up times for morning run start from 6.30 am to 7.45 am and you need to be outside for pick up

• if you want to travel at these times then you choose: chch to Mt Cheeseman,Craigieburn and Broken River

• if you fly in from 7.30 am to 6.30pm you go to option 1

• if you fly in from 6.35 pm to 6.25 am you go to transport option 2 and stay at the Commodore 0508266-663 (free transfer to hotel) or the YHA Hereford street 03-379-9536 in the centre of town or the Juicy Snooze  https://www.jucysnooze.co.nz/choose-a-snooze/snooze-christchurch/

• At times we reserve the right to combine BR customers with Porters customers we will drop them off as quickly and courtiously as we can before we head to BR. bonus side is a great coffee can be had at Porters while you wait.

Complete the details, especially your flight number or the hotel/ hostel you will be staying in and complete your booking do read the fine print .

Upon arrival you would have received an email from us with a mobile phone number to text, if you didn't then start looking for a silver hiace 4wd van with a roofbox on the top and a smylies logo driving around the covered carpark, if we pick you up from a hotel we will have talked to you and hope to see you outside the front

you have arrived after 7.30 am ? explore the city ,shop ,book a Smylies package and relax .you are on holiday after all.

Option 2

if you are arriving on a flight outside of our travel times then a night in Christchurch  is an option to consider ,the YHA in Hereford street is Centrally located , The Commodore is close to the airport and has a free shuttle or book the transfer to Smylies and get an extra hour in the morning and a smylies meal.

Airport transfer options:

Budget: once you have excited the terminal with your luggage and are ready to travel ,you can then text the driver,and he will then come to the covered short term parking building and pick you up there. as you come out of the customs/maf doors look straight ahead to the outside doors that will take you to the covered parking garage

Deluxe: For an extra $25 per pick up (not person) ,your driver will wait for you with a sign with Smylies and your name on it and parking will be in the car/bus park
